Description

Cement drying machine production: 275 pairs per hour with 1 cement hand 175 pairs per hour with 2 cement hands

The cemented surfaces are dried and reactivated in 2-3 minutes as opposed to 25-30 minutes in the past. In addition to substantial time saving this also reduces the number of last required. The specially designed conveyor enables soles and shoes/boots to travel in pairs thus easing assembly work by the operator. Moreover, the conveyor is adapted to any type of sole or shoe/boot.

Rink system compatible

Model 415 can be used in the following modes: :

• Double adhesive application, for an output of approx. 1400 pairs per 8 hour shift
• Single adhesive application, for an output of approx. 2200 pairs per 8 hour shift
