The F808 model is essential for automatic roughing operations on the heel seat of every type of sole and sole thickness.
The adjustable roller height allows to process soft materials, too.
Thanks to the electronic speed controller, the F808 model can rough every kind of material (leather, tunit, etc.) without replacing the cutter tool, considerably increasing the production.
Being equipped with truing up and roughing length measuring tools, the F808 model can also be used to perform the complete sole roughing.
Until 1978, shoe and leather goods components were cut manually; needing highly skilled workers, producing small quantities due to manual production.
