Welt applying machine FOR FLAT SOLES AND SOLES WITH HEEL
The welt applying machine used for applying the welt on leather or synthetic material soles has automatic speed control in sole’s toe and heel zones.
The speed of the upper pressing roller and of the lower transporting roller is adjustable separately.
The G3003 machine, with its oscillating arm, gives you the possibility to apply welts on soles up to 30 mm thickness.
Furthermore, you can adjust the speed in the sole’s heel zone separately.
Other options: AUTOMATIC and MANUAL cut of the welt, universal welt rail and transporting rollers with different diameters.
Until 1978, shoe and leather goods components were cut manually; needing highly skilled workers, producing small quantities due to manual production.
