The Mod: Hercules 80 is a new revolving 8 stations moulding machine with heated aluminium lasts suitable for mocassin & clogs uppers.

It is built with:

• Softening device with superheated stram. It softens the upper perfectly without wetting it.
• Pneumatic pounding Hand Tool with 6500 blows per minute. 450 Gr of weight and 100 lt per minute air consumption. Its power is adjustable. This roof ensures better quality and higher productivity.
• Each station is Equipped with an independent regulator to adjust the stretching of the uppers according to their type and size.
